Capabilities
During each year of operation, GBC has added new and more technically advanced converting equipment from the world's leading machine producers while also investing in our human resources to help us deliver all the quality and performance our customers have come to expect. Since 2009, we have made significant capital investment to be able to serve the dynamic demands of our clients. In one year alone, GBC added three complete new high-tech converting lines. Our latest addition, a state-of-the-art 8 color gearless flexo press, printing out to 74" wide, is a natural extension of our core competencies to better serve the print needs of our clients. This press was installed in December 2012 and we are excited at the diversity and balance it brings to our portfolio of services. As we prepare to move into the next decade, GBC stands ready to continue our investment in our human resources and our production assets to meet your needs.
Machinery
GBC operates 32 converting lines for the high speed converting and printing of various commercial (“away-from-home”) and retail (“at home”) grades of bath tissue, toweling, industrial wipers and napkins. Some examples of GBC’s converting equipment are shown below:

Bath Tissue Converting
Green Bay Converting produces a wide range of commercial (“away-from-home”) bath tissue products and retail (“at home”) bath tissue products. Bath tissue marketers have ready access to GBC’s extremely wide array of poly pack configurations and bundle configurations as well as paper wrapped bath tissue for myriad resale applications.
